Shipping & Cancellations Policy

Pittora makes great efforts to assure that the product you choose reaches you on time and in good condition. Pittora has collaborated with the leading courier companies, which guarantees hassle-free delivery of goods.

We assure our customers that all the products you purchase from our website pittora.com are genuine and new.

  • Shipping in India is FREE for all the orders above Rs.1000 and for all the orders below that we will charge Flat Rs.100 as shipping Fee. For International shipping, we take standard shipping fee of $5 (5 dollars) and express shipping of $12.
  • For standard shipping and ready product - We ship your ordered products in 1-3 business days after receiving your final order. In case of domestic shipment(India), the product will take 7- 10 working days to reach you and 15-20 days in case of international shipment. As we also provide customised or made-to-order and tailor-made products, in such a scenario the item will take 15 days extra for development and production.

Although efforts are made from our side that the product reaches to you in good condition, in case of any damage, defect or not as mention or not as expected, you can return the product. (For returning a product, please read the return policy).


Please note -  these are all standard timeline for delivery. Delivery time will vary in case of those factors which are beyond our control, unavoidable circumstances, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays

In case, you want to replace or refund the product, please ensure that product is in unused and is in original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. We will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. We largely arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations. 

In case we cannot pick up the item from your location, we will inform you. You can ship the product back to us in the original condition and we will reimburse the shipping charges against the original receipt after reviewing your receipt. Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit. Also, note down the courier-tracking id for any future reference. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
